- A non-refundable deposit of between 10% and 50% (depending on the type of event) is required to confirm your booking.
- The person making the booking is responsible for full payment of the remaining balance at the first pickup on the day of the event.
- Before any passengers are permitted to board the bus, the booking holder must sign a contract agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
- For certain bookings, Clydes Party Bus reserves the right to request a driver’s license or other photo identification from the booking holder. A photograph or copy of the identification may be taken and retained for security purposes, and recovery of costs associated with damage, cleaning, or other breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
- The person making the booking is responsible for informing all guests of these Terms & Conditions and ensuring they comply with them at all times.
- All communication regarding driver instructions, itinerary changes, and requests must be made by the person who made the booking and not by any third party.
- In accordance with Western Australian liquor licensing laws, the consumption of alcohol is prohibited on board the vehicle at all times. Under the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA), WA Police may issue on-the-spot fines of up to $2,000 per passenger for breaches of this law.
- It is extremely dangerous to dance while the bus is in motion. Clydes Party Bus accepts no responsibility for any injury sustained as a result of passengers failing to follow this safety requirement.
- Urinating in public is illegal. Drivers cannot stop for toilet breaks in locations that are not designated toilet facilities.
- The booking holder is responsible for any damage caused by members of their group to the bus or to any public or private property during the hire period.
- A security bond of between $100 and $300 may be required, depending on the type of event. The bond will be refunded provided there is no damage to the bus and no additional cleaning is required, including but not limited to vomit, spills, smuggled alcohol, or empty cans and bottles left on the bus.
- At the completion of the booking, the booking holder must inspect the bus with the driver to confirm that no damage has occurred.
- Clydes Party Bus accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left on the bus.
- During waiting periods, our buses may be used to transfer other groups. If you require exclusive use of the bus for the entire duration of your booking, please advise us at the time of booking and we will provide a revised quotation.
- The finish time stated on your booking confirmation is the time by which the last passenger must have exited the bus. Additional charges will apply if the booking extends beyond the agreed finish time.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN THE DRIVER TERMINATING THE BOOKING IMMEDIATELY, REQUIRING PASSENGERS TO LEAVE THE VEHICLE, AND/OR REPORTING THE MATTER TO THE POLICE WHERE APPROPRIATE.
